Davids Puiselis is an experienced project and policy manager with a background spanning both the public and private sectors. His work has focused on economic and innovation policies, digital transformation, and cross-sector collaboration aimed at supporting SMEs in their digital development.
In the public sector, Davids worked at the Latvian Ministry of Economics, where he contributed to legislation and strategic initiatives in the areas of economy, research and innovation, as well as the implementation of EU legal acts such as the EU Chips Act. He also supported national digitalisation and economic development programmes and helped connect government, business and academia to address regulatory challenges, improve data exchange processes and promote innovation. In the private sector, he held roles in project and sales management.
Davids is currently pursuing a Professional master's degree in business administration and organizational leadership and already holds a master's degree in international relations and diplomacy. Davids joined TIDIT in 2025 as an Executive Assistant and Project Manager.
